Refund

On single purchases, we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 24 house of delivery of said Order. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.

While we are committed to provide the best to our customers and we pay a lot of attention to details, sometimes even we are susceptible of making mistakes. So if there are any concerns please call our customer care number (+91-85919-75309) and we will provide you with the best possible options.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

There are some items that we don't accept returns for, such as:  Sale items, Gift cards, Custom products ( such as candles which are only made to order in colour and fragrance of your choice).

Cancellations:  Orders that are placed can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care (+91-85919-75309) in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
